The Lotusmiles program continues to renew Platinum, Gold and Titanium status for members who have been downgraded in the period from August 1, 2020 to June 30, 2021 due to the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic.
Members only need to have accumulated one qualifying flight in 2019 or 2020 to have their membership extended until December 31, 2021.
