No 1: Accumulating bonus miles is easier than ever

Lotusmiles members flying with Vietnam Airlines and Pacific Airlines need never miss out on collecting bonus miles. If you don’t see bonus miles in your account within 14 days of travel, simply log into your Lotusmiles account via the Vietnam Airlines website or app, go to “Mileage Claim” and enter the information for the missing flight(s) to earn your miles. You may also contact Vietnam Airlines’ branches and provide your ticket and boarding pass for further support.

No 2: Exchange GrabRewards points for bonus miles

Members of Lotusmiles who are also Grab customers can exchange GrabRewards for bonus miles at the following rates: 3,200 GrabRewards points for 250 bonus miles, or 6,000 GrabRewards points for 500 bonus miles. Bonus Lotusmiles can be redeemed for valuable rewards, such as free airplane tickets, baggage allowance, free access to the Lotus lounge, and much more. This promotion is effective until September 6th, 2023.

No 3: Upgrade to Titanium membership

Members of Lotusmiles will receive immediate upgrades to the Titanium tier if they have spent VND 200 million or more on their Sacombank – Vietnam Airlines – Visa Signature co-branded credit card over the previous year; or if they have spent VND 250 million or more via their Sacombank – Vietnam Airlines – Visa Platinum card. In addition, cardholders will have 100% of their annual fee refunded if they have spent VND 10 million within 60 days of the card’s activation date. From the second year onwards, they will have 50% of their annual fee refunded if their spending over the previous year reaches VND 120 million or more. Customers will also be covered by global travel insurance worth up to VND 11.4 billion.

No 4: Get 2,000 free bonus miles with FridaySmiles

Until March 31st, 2022, upon joining the Lotusmiles Program on a Friday, you will receive 2,000 bonus miles – twice the usual amount – with which to buy tickets using both money and bonus miles or to exchange for exciting rewards at the LotusMall.
