Self-check-in
Instead of queuing at a traditional check-in counter, passengers can use online self-check-in services and select their preferred seats for flights departing from Noi Bai, Danang, Tan Son Nhat, Cam Ranh, Cat Bi, and Van Don. Self-check-in kiosks are also available at the first four airports.
Passengers without checked baggage can proceed directly to Security for boarding. Those with checked baggage can find exclusive services at counters marked: “Baggage drop off”.
Telephone check-in
Passengers can simply dial 1900 6265 to complete an easy check-in process for domestic flights departing from Noi Bai and Tan Son Nhat. Calls must be made 12 to 2 hours before the scheduled departure time. Passengers then follow the same procedures as with online self-check-in, above.
In-town check-in
This service gives passengers more time to finish their work or extend their sightseeing and shopping time. In-town check-in also saves passengers from dragging their baggage to the airport. Please visit the Vietnam Airlines’ office at 20 Ngo Quyen Street, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi to check in and drop baggage for all domestic flights from Noi Bai. All procedures must be completed at least two hours prior to the scheduled departure time.
Door-to-door baggage delivery
Vietnam Airlines is set to launch a new door-to-door baggage delivery service in the near future. Vietnam Airlines’ staff will take your baggage upon your arrival at the airport and deliver it to your doorstep. This way, you can travel with your hands free to reduce stress and hassle.
