On short-haul flights such as Hanoi-Da Nang or Ho Chi Minh City-Phu Quoc, Lotusmiles members can enjoy 10kg of baggage allowance for 3,000 bonus miles or 23kg of baggage for 5,000 bonus miles. On longer flights such as Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City/Nha Trang, Lotusmiles members can exchange 4,000 bonus miles for 10kg of baggage allowance or 6,000 bonus miles for 23kg of baggage.
