On March 26, 2023, Vietnam Airlines and Air France will resume codeshare flights that were suspended since 2020 due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The renewed partnership between these two flag carriers will bring more benefits to passengers using the transit hubs of both airlines.
Air France will operate 12 codeshare flights between Hanoi and Paris with Vietnam Airlines. each week (from Monday to Sunday, excluding Tuesday). Flights from Hanoi to Paris will be designated VN19 and flights from Paris to Hanoi will be designated VN18. Vietnam Airlines will resume codeshare flights between Ho Chi Minh City and Paris with Air France with a frequency of 06 flights/week (on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays). Flights from Ho Chi Minh City to Paris will be designated AF253 and flights from Paris to Ho Chi Minh City will be designated AF258.
Vietnam Airlines is currently operating a total of 20 flights per week between Hanoi/Hochiminh City and Paris.
