The Vietnam Airlines Gift Card program consists of three card types for different price points: a gift card redeemable for one-way Economy tickets to any domestic destination; a gift card redeemable for short-range domestic Economy tickets; and a gift card redeemable for Business Class upgrades.

It’s easy to exchange a Vietnam Airlines Gift Card for tickets or to upgrade your seat class on Vietnam Airlines, Pacific Airlines, and VASCO flights but you can also enjoy special benefits, such as an extra 10kg of check-in baggage and guaranteed seats on the busiest flights between Hanoi, Danang, and HCM City, if you have booked your flight at least 24 hours in advance. At the airport, you will gain access to priority check-in and baggage handling, as well as access to the Lotus Lounge. You can also board the plane using priority lanes. In addition, you can use your gift card to upgrade your seat class to Business class at a discounted rate, with no fees for seat bookings, flight changes, date/time changes, and so on.

Quick and reliable online booking

To quickly meet passengers’ needs in the digital era, Vietnam Airlines has launched the Redeem Gift-Card system, which allows you to use two types of gift cards – the one-way Economy card to any domestic destination, and the short-range domestic Economy card – to quickly purchase tickets online. Here are the steps to follow:

Step 1: Visit http://giftcard.vietnamairlines.com:6886/ and enter the card details and the cardholder’s information

Step 2: Enter the OTP code sent to the number entered in Step 1;

Step 3: Click “Redeem Online” and enter the required information;

Step 4: Click “Done” to proceed;

Step 5: Choose your destination;

Step 6: Enter your contact information. Select or deselect “Do not use 10kg of free baggage in accordance with the Gift Card’s policies” then click “Next” to confirm your personal information;

Step 7: If the process is successful, the system will notify you and send a confirmation email.

Note: Each card can only be redeemed once. Each purchase is limited to one redeemable card, which can only be used for one domestic flight. Multiple exchanges are not permitted.
