A 2020 festival celebrating Vietnam’s special National Relic – the Mu Cang Chai Terraced Fields will take place in Yen Bai in late October. Highlights include the “Flying above the golden season” Paragliding Festival on Khau Pha Pass; the “Discovering Mu Cang Chai” Half Marathon; a “Plowing and rice cultivating” contest; a “Drawing on cloth using beeswax” contest; the “Mu Cang Chai colors” photo exhibition; the “Goat fight festival”; and the “New rice festival”, etc.
