The Lotusmiles program has successfully upgraded our customer service system with advanced technologies, making it more useful, user-friendly, and safe. This transformation aims to provide loyal customers with ever more wonderful experiences when flying with Vietnam Airlines.

The upgrade’s most prominent feature is that members can pay to extend their miles. Once renewed, bonus miles remain valid for an additional 12 months from the original expiration date. Members can also pay to reinstate bonus miles that expired within the past six months so as to preserve their benefits.

More good news: the validity of bonus miles has been extended to 36 months. It’s even better for our Million Milers, who can keep their bonus miles valid for up to 60 months from their official recognition as a Million Miler. This offer is exclusive to the Lotusmiles program.

Members will also find many other advanced features, such as Lotusmiles’ account access via their card number, email address, or phone number; increased security with the requirement to change their account password at least once a year, and much more.
