1. Triple miles accrual with Visa

Lotusmiles members who buy tickets in Economy Classic and above tiers online, and pay via Visa Platinum, Visa Signature, Visa Infinite, or Visa Commercial (including Visa Business and Visa Corporate) issued in Vietnam will enjoy triple miles accrual. This promotion applies to tickets purchased online until September 30, 2023, with valid departure times until December 31, 2023, for international flights between Vietnam and Asia, Australia operated by Vietnam Airlines with VN airline codes. 2. Summer promotion

Until July 31, 2023, the first 500 customers who register for a co-branded Sacombank Vietnam Airlines Visa and spend VND1,000,000 or more within 30 days from the card’s issue date will receive 1,000 bonus miles and a VND200,000 Urbox voucher. In addition, from April 1 to June 30, 2023, the three cardholders with the highest monthly transaction volumes and domestic spending from VND30 million will receive a free upgrade on domestic flights. Among these three, the cardholder with the highest transaction volume and spending from VND100 million within this period will receive a free upgrade on flights to Asian destinations.

3. Reduced membership extension criteria

Lotusmiles continues to offer incentives to members approaching their membership expiry within the second quarter of 2023 to protect their privileges post-Covid-19. To maintain their membership tier, Platinum members now need only 35 flights or 35,000 qualifying miles (a decrease of 15 flights or 15,000 qualifying miles per existing regulations). Gold members need 15 flights or 15,000 qualifying miles (a decrease of 15 flights or 15,000 qualifying miles). Titanium members need 07 flights or 7,000 qualifying miles (a decrease of 13 flights or 8,000 qualifying miles).

4. Bonus miles for new Lotusmiles members

Until March 31, 2024, Lotusmiles members who successfully refer a new member via a QR code or link (in the referral section during registration) will receive 300 bonus miles. Each existing member can refer a monthly maximum of 20 people. Each new member will also receive 1,000 bonus miles upon successful registration and account activation per the instructions sent to their Vietnamese phone number (country code +84) subscribed with Mobifone, Vinaphone, or Viettel.
