Prepaid baggage can be purchased at Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices and agents. You can also opt for this service when booking your tickets on www.vietnamairlines.com, or add extra baggage to your successful booking by clicking “Additional Services” on our website. Changes must be made at least six hours prior to the scheduled departure time. Please keep the following important points in mind:
– Your baggage must comply with airline transport regulations.

– Each passenger can purchase up to 10 pieces of prepaid baggage. The standard weights per piece are 23kg and 10kg. The total dimensions (width, height and depth) of each piece must not exceed 158cm.

– At check-in counters, any item that exceeds the standard weight and/or maximum size may incur an excess baggage fee.

– This service is not available for flights on ATR-72 aircraft.
