Customer service via Facebook and Zalo

Vietnam Airlines has recently added booking and customer service options to our official Facebook and Zalo pages. Passengers can book tickets and get information by texting us on www.facebook.com/VietnamAirlines or scanning the Zalo QR code (see illustration).

Passengers who book tickets through Facebook or Zalo can pay using one of the following methods:

  • ATMs;
  • Internet Banking services;
  • Any Techcombank or Vietcombank transaction counter;
  • Visit www.vietnamairlines.com and select Your Flight Options/Purchase Pay-later Reservations. Click the link pay by Vietnamese domestic card in the booking confirmation email, then enter the Booking code and payment information as directed by the system.

Upon successful payment, passengers will receive a confirmation letter of ticket issuance and an Itinerary Information Sheet/Electronic Ticket Receipt sent to their registered email address.
