This March, Vietnam Airlines introduces passengers on the Hanoi-Ho Chi Minh City route to a world of culinary specialties.

In Economy Class, five-spice stir-fried pho is an authentic delight, featuring noodles with chicken in tomato sauce, chili, chicken broth and savory soy sauce.

Business Class passengers can enjoy turmeric beef stew served with fragrant white rice – a delicious, nutritious, and balanced meal which embodies the yin and yang philosophy of Vietnamese cuisine. Other traditional regional specialties such as Thang Long fried fish with dill, braised basa fish with pepper and rice with stir-fried chicken in lemongrass will also inspire passengers on their way to explore the country with Vietnam Airlines. 

Flavors of the world

International dishes are another highlight on the in-flight menu in March. Business Class passengers can enjoy mushroom quiche with chicken sausage while those in Economy Class will be offered the South Korean taste of chicken Bulgogi stir-fried with egg noodles.

Served as main meals at the hours of 5:00 – 8:00, 11:00 – 13:00, and 17:30 – 20:00, the new in-flight menu promises to give passengers an authentic taste of Vietnam and the world beyond.
