Vietnam Airlines (VNA) and the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) have signed a Memorandum of Cooperation (MOC) for two years from 2023 to 2025, to leverage the recovery of outbound tourism from Vietnam and Singapore’s popularity as a choice destination for both leisure and business.
