Step 1: Visit www.vietnamairlines.com and click on the “Additional Services” tab;
Step 2: Select either “Ticket number” or “Reservation code” and enter relevant information;
Step 3: Complete the payment via VNPay, domestic debit cards, VISA, Mastercard, JCB, or American Express.
Via Vietnam Airlines’ mobile app:
Step 1: Open the app and select “Manage booking”;
Step 2: Select “Reservation code” (PNR) and enter relevant information;
Step 3: Select “Prepaid baggage” and choose the desired baggage weight;
