Vietnam Airlines is partnering with VinID to bring more exclusive benefits to Lotusmiles members.
Lotusmiles members who are VinID cardholders will receive exclusive services and get easy access to VinID’s bonus point accumulation program for convenient shopping at Vingroup’s outlets, which include Vinmart, Vinmart+, Vinmec, Vinschool, Vinpearl, Vinfast, and the corporation’s partners. VinID bonus points can be converted to Lotusmiles miles or vice versa, with one point equal to three miles, or 20 miles for one point. The minimum redemption is 5,000 miles/time and the maximum limit is 100,000 miles/year.
To convert your miles to VinID points, please log into your Lotusmiles account on Vietnam Airlines’ website or app, select “Redeem Miles”, and choose “Redeem for VinID”. To convert from VinID to Lotusmiles miles, members need only log into their VinID Mobile App, proceed to “Vietnam Airlines voucher”, choose “Lotusmiles miles”, and hit the “Redeem now” button. Members can use or add bonus miles to pay for plane tickets or gifts on LotusMall, redeem for flights or free baggage, and other exciting gifts from Vietnam Airlines.
