Vietnam Airlines has just launched a feature that allows you to find personalized information about how many free baggage items and paid pieces (if any) come with your ticket. Options to buy additional luggage and services have also been introduced to this window. This function will be especially helpful if you didn’t buy your tickets directly or are unfamiliar with the conditions that apply to each type of ticket.
Find your luggage allowance in three simple steps:
Step 1: Select Manage booking in the booking pop-up at www.vietnamairlines.com
Step 2: Fill in your E-ticket number and Last name in the search bar
Step 3: Click the Search button to check baggage information, including both checked and excess baggage.
