From January 1, 2024, the Lotusmiles Program will change its membership tier policy, with a 10% reduction in qualifying segments needed to renew and upgrade Platinum, Gold and Titanium cards. Under the updated policy, Platinum tier cards will require 45 segments, Gold tier 27 segments, and Titanium tier 18 segments.
The coefficient rate for adding qualifying segments will also change based on the airfare. Tickets from Economy Flex class and above will be awarded a higher segment qualification coefficient. The new rate applies to tickets issued and flights taken from January 1, 2024.
