Planning trips is convenient and economical when you can use a combination of “Cash & Miles” to buy air tickets and to earn miles. With just 1,000 bonus miles in your Lotusmiles account, members can already use the “Cash & Miles” method to buy tickets by following these six simple steps:
- Log into your Lotusmiles’ account at www.vietnamairlines.com
- Select Book Flight on the toolbar and choose your itinerary
- Choose the “Cash & Miles” payment method
- Adjust the scroll bar to choose the number of miles you wish to use
- Pay for the rest of your ticket’s cash value via Visa, Master, JCB, or Amex credit cards
- Your e-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail
Lotusmiles’ members can also go to Vietnam Airlines’ ticket offices for help buying tickets using the “Cash & Miles” method.
