With Vietnam Airlines’ exclusive “Baggage to home” service, you won’t have to worry about handling bulky luggage at your destination. Instead, your bags will be delivered to your desired street address.

This service can be booked in advance by contacting our Call Center at 1900 6256 from 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily. You can also book at the ticket counter at your departure airport or at the Baggage Information Counter (look for the “Lost and Found” sign) at your arrival airport. If you’ve booked this service, Vietnam Airlines’ staff will collect your checked baggage at the arrival airport’s carousel and bring it to your registered address.

This service is available for domestic flights departing and arriving from Noi Bai, Danang, and Tan Son Nhat airports.
