Vietnam Airlines has added a new feature that allows passengers to easily pay the difference (if any) when changing tickets online and paying via international or domestic cards, or QR codes.

Applicable ticket types include:

  • Tickets purchased on the Vietnam Airlines (or its partners’) website/mobile app and paid for with a domestic card;
  • Tickets converted into Travel Vouchers.

To change tickets automatically:

Step 1: Visit www.vietnamairlines.com and enter your booking code in the Manage Booking section;

Step 2: Select the Ticket Change feature;

Step 3: Choose the flight that requires changing;

Step 4: Choose your new flight date and pricing tier;

Step 5: Make additional selections and pay for the ticket as usual.
