Upon landing at Noi Bai International Airport in Hanoi, it’s easier than ever to find your checked baggage thanks to an SMS from Vietnam Airlines.
Vietnam Airlines is introducing an SMS service to notify passengers flying from Ho Chi Minh City, Danang, Nha Trang, Chu Lai, and Vinh to Hanoi as to which carousel their bags are on. This new utility is available for members of Lotusmiles, and to passengers who buy tickets on Vietnam Airlines’ website or mobile app. Upon arrival, passengers will receive a notification SMS that will help them to find their checked baggage more quickly, saving time at the terminal.
Moreover, when flying with Vietnam Airlines, on certain routes, passengers are entitled to one free 23-kilogram piece of checked baggage. They can track their own baggage at www.vietnamairlines.com.
