In recent years, Japanese cinema has witnessed a meteoric rise and become more accessible to audiences around the world. In Vietnam, the Japanese Film Festival will be held between October 21 and November 27, 2022. Eight unique films will be presented this year, all realistic portrayals of diverse lives in the land of cherry blossoms that display Japanese filmmakers’ creativity. The films will be shown in four major cities across Vietnam: Hanoi, Hai Phong, Danang, and Ho Chi Minh City.
