Passengers who have not booked a plane ticket:
- Visit the Vietnam Airlines website to search for a flight.
- After filling in the required information, go to the “Extra” section and scroll down to “Skytea” and click “Add Skytea”.
Pay for the milk tea and your flight ticket.
Passengers who have purchased a plane ticket:
- Visit the Vietnam Airlines website and click “Manage Booking”. Enter your E-Ticket Number or Reservation Code, click “Search” and select “Add Service”.
- Click “Add Ancillary”.
- Scroll down to the “Skytea” section. Select “Add Skytea”.
Pay for the milk tea and other ancillary services (if any).
