From November 1st, 2020, customers who buy flight tickets or additional services on Vietnam Airlines’ website at www.vietnamairlines.com will receive Value Added (VAT) Invoices in an electronic format. This invoice will replace the electronic ticket receipt, which is no longer considered a VAT invoice.

Customers must provide necessary information within 72 hours after buying tickets and additional services to receive their invoice. Follow these three simple and quick steps:

Step 1: Access https://einvoice.vietnamairlines.com/invoiceonline or the Billing function of the Manage Booking section, and fill in the registration information.

Step 2: Confirm the registration information.

Step 3: The system confirms your successful registration. The invoice will be sent to your email address within 2 days of the date of registration.

Customers can use electronic invoices for declarations and expense claims as per financial regulations.
