To welcome in the Lunar New Year, La Sen Vu has launched an áo dài collection called “Kim Sac Nien Hoa” (Golden Time), with the main motif being the zodiac animal of 2021, the buffalo.

The theme has been vividly depicted on each áo dài, from a shepherd playing the flute to a herd of buffalo bathing in the river, representing the wish for a year full of luck and prosperity.

The collection’s color palette features vibrant and youthful shades of red, pink, orange and green. In addition, a rich brown and royal gold are utilized to complement this lunar year’s element of earth. Designs in the collection are made from luxurious silk and feature regal patterns that highlight the elegance, allure and mystery of the Vietnamese woman.

Traditional forms are accentuated with modern details such as large bows, puffed sleeves and pleated skirts, creating a sublime blend of nostalgia and contemporary style. The collection brings a spirit of renewal to Vietnamese beauty that mirrors the changing of the calendar and the arrival of spring.
