Vietnam Airlines was honored as a “Five Star Major Airline” by the Airline Passenger Experience Association (APEX). This is the second consecutive year that the airline has been awarded an APEX Five Star rating, based on passenger experiences worldwide.

Not only considering service quality, this year’s results also highly appreciate Vietnam Airlines’ dedication to service excellence through seamless connectivity and exceptional flying experience.

This is a continued success of 2023, when Vietnam Airlines was honored by APEX as a “Five Star Global Airline”. APEX’s award is only valid for 2 years, requiring airlines to constantly improve customer experience to maintain this title. This not only demonstrates the airline’s efforts in improving customer experience, but also affirms the position of Vietnam’s aviation industry in the international arena.
