Starting in 2004, designer Diego Cortizas Del Valle successfully built the Chula fashion brand with modern designs that blend Vietnamese and Spanish styles and utilize traditional fabrics of Vietnam.

“Colorful Mountains” is a collection that digs deep into the decorative patterns of ethnic communities from the northern mountainous areas of Vietnam (Thai, Dao, Tay and Nung) using silk, raw silk, linen and organza. Clothes are combined with accessories inspired by the traditional jewelry, bags and scarves of these ethnic groups.

In the midst of natural scenery filled with spring flowers of the northwestern highlands, these colorful designs blend perfectly with pure white plum blossoms, apricot blossoms and lush green tea plantations of Moc Chau.
