Revised Lotusmiles award chart

As of October 1st, 2020, the Lotusmiles program adjusts its award chart for all flights operated by Vietnam Airlines. Members can receive attractive awards while spending less redemption miles. Moreover, besides the existing 23kg luggage package, members can claim award package of 10kg baggage on domestic flights.

e-VAT invoices for online purchases

From November 1st, 2020, customers who buy flight tickets or additional services on Vietnam Airlines’ website at www.vietnamairlines.com will receive Value Added (VAT) Invoices in an electronic format.
