• Log into your Lotusmiles’ account at www.vietnamairlines.com
• Select Book Flight on the toolbar and choose your itinerary
• Choose the “Cash & Miles” payment method
• Adjust the scroll bar to choose the number of miles you wish to use
• Pay for the rest of your ticket’s cash value via Visa, Master, JCB, or Amex credit cards
• Your e-ticket will be sent to your registered e-mail
