Since November 1, 2023, Vietnam Airlines has officially implemented electronic menus (E-menus), completely replacing paper menus on all flights. This is our latest initiative to vigorously promote digital transformation, offering “green” flights for passengers with convenient and user-friendly services, toward our goals of becoming a 5-star airline and pursuing sustainable development.

Vietnam Airlines will send E-menus to passengers’ phone numbers and email addresses before their flights for easy reference. On board, passengers can easily access the electronic menu through the E-reader application pre-installed on the personal screens of Airbus A350 and Boeing 787 aircraft. Passengers can also view the E-menu on their devices on Airbus A321 aircraft equipped with wireless streaming entertainment systems, expected in 2024.

In addition, passengers can scan the QR code to preview the menu for their journey. The QR code will also be provided during the ticket purchase process and introduced by flight attendants before take-off.
