News 1: Lotusmiles extends privileges

Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members whose card is registered at an address in Vietnam and expires between July 31 and December 31, 2021, will receive a 12-month extension if they accumulate at least one qualifying flight in 2020 or 2021. Bonus miles due to expire between August 31 and December 31, 2021 are eligible for another six-month extension.

Platinum, Gold, and Titanium members whose card is registered at an address outside of Vietnam and expires between July 1 and December 31, 2021, will also receive a 12-month extension. Bonus miles due to expire between March and December 2021 are eligible for another 12-month extension.

News 2: Refer members to Lotusmiles so everyone can benefit

From November 1, 2021 to March 31, 2022, Lotusmiles members with transactions eligible for mileage accumulation will be awarded 500 miles upon successfully inviting a new member. Upon successful account activation, the new member will immediately receive 2,000 bonus miles if they register their membership on a Friday or 1,000 bonus miles if they register on any other day of the week. Each existing member can invite a maximum of 200 new members who must have a mobile subscription provided by any Vietnamese telecommunication company. New members must enter the card number of their referrer into the “Promotion code” box to retrieve their bonus.

News 3: Bonus miles for new cardholders

Lotusmiles members who have successfully applied for the co-branded Vietnam Airlines VietinBank JCB Platinum card will receive a 500-mile bonus if their spending reaches at least VND 10 million within the first month of their card’s activation. In addition, 3,000 bonus miles will be awarded if their spending exceeds VND 500 million within 12 months. Cardholders can also accumulate bonus miles when making any transaction, enjoy special offers at golf courses, and discounts at restaurants, high-end hotels, etc.

News 4: Bonus miles for credit card registration

Until December 31, 2021, Lotusmiles’ members will receive 20,000 bonus miles after registering for Priority customer service and successfully opening a Vietnam Airlines Standard Chartered EliteFly debit card with the condition that their expenditure reaches VND 15 million within 60 days from the date of the card’s activation. For individual customers, a 5,000-mile bonus will be awarded if spending reaches VND 5 million within 60 days from the date of the card’s activation. Cardholders will earn an additional 24,000 bonus miles if they also open a Standard Chartered Priority WorldMiles credit card with spending reaching VND 20 million within 60 days of the activation date.

Cardholders can also enjoy many benefits such as upgrades to the Titanium membership tier when opening a savings account of VND 500 million for terms of six months or more; and unlimited mileage accumulation when buying insurance via their credit card, etc. The programs are subject to terms and conditions.
